If you need to mount your camera upside down, you can set the camera to save
the photo or video upside down so that it appears right side up when you review
it on your computer or TV. This eliminates the need to “flip” the photo or video
later on your computer.

Nice!  :2vrolijk_21:  This is a very stealth way to install and record too.  It will also shade the lens from the sun more.  To what did you attach it?

Just stick it next to the headlight. There's a small flat piece on the batwing. Use the standard flat adhesive mount. :2vrolijk_21:

I know this is a old thread !! Wandering about any updates on mounting? I'm going on a 11K miles trip and I'm going to use the Gopro Hero4 silver. Questions of how you would turn it on and off unless it's on the handlebars ?? Really looking for a bar mount for the CVO Limited that goes above or to the side of the fairing. I also need to be able to turn on and off. Not stopping unless for gas on most days !!
  Again...many Thanks

I've seen the new micro SD card at 128g now available in a Class 10.  They advertise that it will work in any high capacity class 10 camera.

Have anyone of you tried the new 128g in a 64g camera?

How many hours of video are you guys getting on a 64g card?

I have a Black 3+ will be recording in standard 1080P, unless there's a better rate to record.  Any suggestions for bike use on frame rate that these have available now?

Just wondering.

Did not go through every post of this thread but another option is a company named Hogtag Collar makes clamps that go on the upper fork.  You turn the camera on either with a WiFi app or a GoPro remote if your camera has one.  They also make usb power sources that replace the standard battery.

Look at a RAM mount that attaches to the handlebars with a long arm extension. You can find on eBay.

The Ram mount looks like a good fit. Anyone know what the height is of the unit is ? I'm sure it would have to be at a angle as well.
Thanks again

RAM-B-201U-C is listed as 6" long for 1" balls. Socket-to-socket length is 5.1875".
