I just want to reach out and say thanks to TIF2 for all his help during my stereo install. His harness and the magic he did in taking out the old stock tweeters and installing the new ones was into the stock bracket was a work of art. Rockfordfosgate 2 channel AMP, JL C-2 650 coaxial in lowers and JL C5 650 components in uppers. Sound way better than stock set up.
I just wanted to point out that I have a 2011 FLHXSE2 and I had the speakers cutting out then nothing witch had prompted me to do this upgrade. I thought it was the amp that had failed it was not it was the Head unit the anti vibration panel in the head unit came lose and connection was lost in sending power to the amp. At least that is what Iron Cross Audio had told me. Very quick turn around from Iron Cross.
