Curious to see how this plays out.

Also, listed the Street Bob with the softails instead of the dynas.  Probably just an administrative error....

shows them with a 110" but doesnt say CVO in the name

There are at least two possibilities.

Number one-just a mistake on the CARB report and both are CVO's

Number two-They release a 110 with a different "configuration" as the typical CVO, without the 255 cam and without the CVO badged heads, to try to boost sales of the Softail line calling these two 'Specials'
Then next year bring this 110 to the whole lineup. Kinda like they did with the Dynas with the 96 and six speed back in the day. If this is what they are doing you can bet the 120 will roll out in CVO's next year.

I'm agreeing with you on this one. Will see what happens at the meetings in a few weeks.

Which option do you think is more likely Mike?

One or Two?

Looks like it's gonna be option 2, so I will bet there are 120's coming in CVO bikes in 2017.

Two

Twin Cam 110 Harley Fat Boy S and Softail Slim S for 2016

They're speculating in a blog the same as we are here. I fully believe it though.
Now the big question, how many people that have thought of a new bike for '16 will now wait for '17 to see what engine choices are out there? After all, with Indian making the 111 stock size, MoCo can't be outdone can they :P

Local dealer told me months ago there would have to be major changes in 2017 to meet new stricter EPA regs. He said all bikes would require liquid cooling to meet the regs.

Local dealer told me months years ago there would have to be major changes in 2017 2008 to meet new stricter EPA regs. He said all bikes would require liquid cooling to meet the regs.

That story is certainly not new...
