If it was a citizen doing that they would have been arrested and probably charged with attempted murder. If one of those bikers got choked up enough he could have run into other bikes and caused a chain reaction accident.

This is not bullying.  If this is the way it truly went down, then this is psychopathy.  His actions could have caused multiple fatalities. 
 
Have you looked into what the average city is paying out in lawsuits for the actions of cops like these?  It's unbelievable.

I too agree he should be fired! Too bad they rarely get fired when they shoot unarmed people! A week or two paid vacation, slap on the wrist.

There are good Cops, and then there are the other ones.  I think there are more good ones.  This one, in particular, obviously took leave of his senses, for whatever reason.  Some of 'em are just mean, and coupled with a huge ego, a badge and a gun, would lick themselves all over if they could.  You couldn't pay me enough to do what they do.  God bless the Peacekeepers.  Later--HUBBARD

I agree this guy needs to be relieved of duty and weapons of any kind.  Thank God most of them are decent and out there to protect and serve.

Makes you wonder what his fellow officers think about what he did.  I'd beat his ass and convince him to resign immediately.  His actions make every good policeman look bad.
