I currently have a Kruzer Kaddy perch/switch mounted cup holder on my '15 limited with stock handlebars. However I am about to change them to 12 inch apes. I was wondering what you guys are using for cupholders because I don't think my current set up will look very good with the new bars. I have seen the cupholders that mount down by the engine or on the lowers and it seems that the drinks would get awful hot. I live in Texas and I drink holder is a must. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Those don't look bad. I think being black helps. Mine are chrome. I will have to wait and see how mine looks. I think putting it on the. Vertical part may be better than on perch. I may go with the leather one that goes on the saddlebag guard if need be. Thanks for the reply guys.

i did tap a 2nd hole in the mount and locked it in place, found the self leveling was a problem with a full drink

naitram, I noticed the wire coming out of the backrest slit in your seat. I'm curious what that is for?

My bet is heat connection for passenger. :nixweiss:

funniest SH*T i've seen in years, when ya think they'll start selling recliners with neck supports and elbow rest , got my ol lady laughing at this thread , .. :nixweiss:lmao

Not sure what is funny about this thread. If you do any distance riding a drink holder is a must if you don't want to be dehydrated. You need that drink when its 98 degrees and you running 220 miles between stops for a thousand miles or more in a Day.
I did two trips last year, both over 5000 a trip. Both the first day was a little over 1000 miles.

Ciro think , but works good for me
