What do you use to clean and water proof your leathers????
Thanks

Lexol cleaner and Lexol Leather Conditioner are excellent. So is Hide Food by Connolly.

we just put them in the washer at 100 F adding a glas of vinegar. If they are really waterproof (Russia Leather for instance) that's enough, no further care neccessary.

I was always told that all of the dried on bugs were my water proofing. :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:
Langlitz Leather Dressing :2vrolijk_21: http://www.langlitz.com/

That's interesting. My wife treats all out T-Shirts in apple cider vinegar & then washes them in cold water before we wear them Makes the colors stay bright for years.. She says it locks the colors in.

it makes the material smooth and brightens up colours.
