Dead-on SMB.................Why do you think we have automatic appeals for most crazy crimes that result in the Death Penalty??? The guy in jail is broke, but the State paying the legal fee's got plenty of tax $$$$. Politicians are mostly lawyers and gonna take care of their kind.
