Thanks for the reply.

My plan is to stay with the stock heads for now, so compression will be about 10.1 or so with the .030 HG.  Pipes are FM Jackpot 2-1-2.  Currently RCX 4.5 slip-ons, but may switch to CVO cans with Fullsac baffles 2 or 2.25 baffles to help on the low end.

Two up riding primarily and looking for smooth, low end torque improvements more than all out high (5K+) RPM power.  I'd like to see the torque a bit left of that which Mr Warlock shows on his dyno run.  I must say, his mid and upper results are excellent.

Consider Harleys SE585 then. It matches your goals, the compression, and the other parts.
Consider the actual feel of the bike stop light to stop light is not always reflected by these dyno graphs and that should be the important takeaway from my response.

X-2 on the SE 585  more than pleased with this cam 121/136 nice low end grunt, moves that 900 lb bagger pretty well.

Justin and Brandon are top notch in my book. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my bike other than myself of course. These are honest hard working guys which is hard to find these days.
