Ok.  Got it.  Is there a Screamin' Eagle version of "character" that costs more?

Yes.  Use only Screamin' Eagle logo wood blocks or you will void your warranty - $14.95 for each 4 inch piece of genuine simulated hardwood, available in packages of 5 from the MoCo.  But you will need a minimum of 6 blocks.  Also use only Screamin' Eagle wood block fire starter or you will void your warranty.  $39.95 for 1/4 ounce.  You will need at least 3 ounces.  We use generic matches, because the matches the MoCo offers refuse to light unless an authorized HD trained tech ignites them.

Something you might try that i have seen done with some success is put a tube in your tire an air it up. Roll the tire off in the corner for a few days before you try to mount it. The tube will expand the beads and make it somewhat easier to bead up later

The reason "setting the tire on fire" works is the rapid expansion of the air. Try increasing the volume of your air compressor tank
you want the air to flow into the tire/tube quickly. If you are using the compressor to pump up the tire, it's too slow.
Rapid expansion along with all the other suggestions like heating up the tire and/or a strap and no more problems.

Cheers.
