Picked up our new trailer last week from American Lengend. Thought I would post a few pictures of it since we are extremely pleased with it. This trailer pulls like a dream and we are thrilled with the quality of it. I wish the paint job on our motorcycle was as good as the trailer. We had every option they offer installed on it.

I added the eyelids to the turn lights and the tag frame. I'm going to add the shades over the taillights to match what I added to the bike.

I pulled it 250 miles home and couldn't even tell it was behind me. We are taking a trip tomorrow to St. Louis with about 150 pounds of luggage. It will be a 600 mile round trip. I'll post a report when we return.

Very nice!!!! The lines/look remind me of a big saddlebag behind the bike.

Color matching the hitch hardware was a great idea. Very nice done. All looks great together. Good luck on the longer maiden voyage to St. Louis.

The trailer looks great. They did a kick A$$ job on the finish. How about some more pics of the trailer. IE inside!

I have been very pleased with the attention I have received when communicating with them. I mainly dealt with the owner of the company and spoke with him several times before placing my order. After the order was placed I received several calls from him with the status of my trailer. I also visited the factory while my trailer was being manufactured and was impressed with the quality of all the product I saw there. The trailer was a jaw dropper when I picked it up, as the quality was phenomenal. I've only pulled the trailer a little over 500 miles so far but my first impressions are that I couldn't be happier. Everywhere I stop it really draws attention. When cars pass or I pass a car, I get a lot of thumbs up when they go by. I would definately recommend this trailer to anyone.

did they put the hitch on when you picked it up or did you have it on allready?

how is the paint,and did you have input on the design

I have pulled my American Legend trailer now for three years (and about 10,000 miles) and couldn't be happier I had a Escapade trailer before but liked the style of these looking like our saddlebags. I have yet to get mine painted it is still the gel coat black but suites me fine. Enjoy it the more you use it the more you will ask yourself how you ever got along without it.

They installed the hitch when I picked up the trailer. It took them about an hour to install the hitch and the wiring. I wish the paint on my motorcycle was as good as the paint on the trailer. When you rub your hand across the gold leaf on my bike you can feel the ridges at the transition points where the trailer you feel none of this. They put a lot of clear coat on and buff it out. The design was theirs and I looked at one they had made for another customer before I placed the order.

THAT, my friend, is one righteously fabulous trailer! I've been a fan of the Legend trailer. The styling fits perfect with an HD. I have the site bookmarked and have totaled my wish list a few times. I've gotta start playing the lottery! One member posted about the need to paint. The thought was that the trailer would out last the bike and you'd end up painting the trailer for each bike that pulls it. Hopefully your '08 lasts forever and that's not an issue.

That is really cool!. I like the style and paint of course, but I really like the rear light set-up, fenders and the spoiler on the lid, I sure would like to find a spoiler that would work on my trailer. Oh, and the Screamin Eagle logo on the tail looks great too. Show us some pictures of the inside if you get a chance. The bike and trailer look great togather. Congrats.

The black box is a 34 quart rubbermaid cooler. The complete package with hitch installed was right at $7k.

After my 600 mile trip I must say that I could hardley tell the trailer was behind me. I had over 200 pounds in the trailer coming home and only felt a little pull on the bike going up hills. Everything in the trailer was exactly how we packed it when we arrived at home, so must have rode pretty smooth. After the first trip I couldn't be happier with this American Legend trailer. I would highly recomend these to anyone!

That coming home trailer weight is what gets ya isn't it. My wife wouldn't stop buying stuff when we got to Sedona. You will definitely start something in your circle of friends with that beautiful trailer. Doc

That's how I convinced the wife we needed a trailer. Didn't realize she would take me up on it on the first trip.
