Tin Rattle the Sequel

So I have another annoying rattle. This one was easy to find. The bracket from the coil to the trans rattles at the lower mount bolt to the trans. The bolt is tight but, the bracket moves and sounds like someone with a little hammer is hitting the bike each time I pass a car and the sound reflects off of it. Is there a bushing missing or should I just add a washer as a spacer?
