Asian guy goes into a meat market to buy some beef. He asks the butcher how much per pound. The butcher says $5.00. Asian guys says "used to be $3.50 why so much"  Butcher shruggs and says

"fluctuation"   Asian guy gets all pissed off and says " fluck you american too"
