Anyone know what the shipping weight and dimensions of the SE Compensator kit 40274-08A is?

I'm trying to work out whether it's heavy enough so that it's as cheap to buy it here than it is to ship one from the US.  Cost here, with "discount" is US$353-ish.  Seems to sell there at around $200 from the discount places, and I'd have shipping, + UK import tax to add to that, so whether it's worthwhile or not is going to be down to the shipping cost.  If it is under 20lbs and would fit in one of these:

Priority Mail® International Medium Flat Rate Box 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"

or one of these:

Priority Mail® International Large Flat Rate Box 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" or 12" x 12" x 5-1/2"

it would be worthwhile!

Got mine from Harley Jersey (£199 plus shipping)  If I remember rightly came to £220, no Vat to pay from jersey, if customs do try and charge it,

harley jersey will refund, used them many times and never had a problem.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for that. Yes, £199.90 + shipping of £12.50 - a rip off still, as that's full list price. I reclaim VAT in any case, and I refuse to buy from dealers who don't discount substantially (My local dealer is cheaper than Jersey, as the VAT doesn't change things for me.)  I work too hard for my money to give it away on UK Harley pricing!
