Great looking bike! Really like the looks of those bars. Thanks for the pics!

I am on the last night of a 7 day ride on my skunk, Denver to Taos, Carlsbad, NM, Big Ben National Park, Tx, Austin, Amarillo (tonight), home to Denver tomorrow. 2800 miles total. Bike is running great and loving the throttle!

So far, the bars are my favorite mod...real comfortable for me and love how it looks on the Road Glide!

Paul Yaffe does these bars in chrome or gloss black, but if you have the time, he can do a set in satin black if you are staying with the "stock look" (i.e. satin for the bars, switch housings, brake and clutch reservoirs, levers, mirrors).


I had him do the bars and his power mirrors in satin black over the winter while waiting for my Harley to arrive so was not in a big hurry...from order to delivery, this took about 8 weeks.

By the way, that sounds like a great trip!

You're very welcome...they do put a lot of light out there and to the sides, both day and night, and they look great. The spots that I have come with the standard 35 watt halogen bulb per side, which is more than enough in my opinion, but Headwinds has the option of going to 50 watts per side if one wanted more light.

If you decide to go this route, shoot me an email and I'll go in depth as to the install and various options for you.

Inbound...one Razor-Pak with Spoiler painted in "Skunk" colours with graphics. Also inbound is the backrest pad with some "enhancements".

I know, I know it's "too small", can't carry the "kitchen sink", blah, blah, blah...but hey, it works for me!

Once I receive it and get it installed, I'll post a picture of the Razor-Pak on the CVO Road Glide.

I think it is going to look "baaaad"!

it looks good jus sittin there .. I wouldnt mount it on bike .. jus put on pedestal in living room .. LOL

I think it will look great.  I run the chopped in the solo position on my Skunk.  I changed the hinges and latches out to gloss black.  I also had the mount powder coated black and then had a premium tour pack rack powder coated gloss black.  I get lots of comments on it.

I just plan on using it for long trips (saw a Harley the other day with a Razor-Pak and was suprised how much he had in there) but these paks and the attachments/options that you need  are expensive enough, that if it looks good, I might leave it on for a while and try it out (although the "clean looking" rear end of these CVO's are hard to beat)!

I like the looks better when it is off.  Sure is nice for trips, and cooler months when you need more gear.  Mine is off in the summer except for road trips.
