Pulled the trigger today and having the cams and lifters changed. Going with the tc24d cam s&s lifters. Will post update when done.

Okay I did those cans and lifters also had torque Inc. do the heads just clean them up shave them 30,000 gasket 10.2 /1 getting it tuned next week but it feels good I will give an update ASAP

I did the GMR 577's which are nearly identical and S&S lifters. No headwork this year. My daughter's wedding is this June.

You're going to love the power delivery!

Without headwork and adding compression it's not a power monster but depending on your exhaust and tune you should see "somewhere" around 115 TQ and 105 HP.

My sheet is attached. You'll see that my V&H true duals with 4" Rineharts kill my HP in the upper range. It just flat lined. Runs great though.

Just got cams and lifters in on Friday. They had it on the lift when I went by today. Hopefully first part of this coming week I will get it back.

Mine is at Freedom Harley getting tuned tomorrow, also had a little wobble in front end hope it's not front tire only has 8,000 miles on it

It's hard to believe the price of tires list $212 for 18" dunlop

Here in St. Louis and depending about what dealer you go to they range from $270 to $189. So, if you have an option I'd shop around.

I order my tires from motorcycle super store. Got a Michelin commander 2 for $173 shipped. (200-55-17)

Sure be glad to see some more of the sheets coming in.

Everyone seems to be setting up at 10.2, any tuning problems or detonation problems? Could you have added any more compression without problems?

She's running smooth I put about 110 on her yesterday without a hitch. I may or may not have head work done in the offseason, Frank says 120/120 is easily attainable. For now though nothing but riding the rest of the season!

When they run smooth quiet and cool that's all I'm after, mine had the smooth and quiet stock now hopefully it has the cool to go along with it will find out if it ever hits 90 outside

The S&S premiums are quieter then stock but are still noisy. The heat is a bit less so far. Time will tell when the heat arrives. She runs hard though!

I have had S&S Premiums in three 110's and they are quieter than stock.

I have another set on order for the next bike.

Some lifters may be cheaper, some may advertise like they are better, but the S&S have a proven history and work!

More likely the effect of the cams with little to do with the lifters.

I have no issue with it just saying it's not 100% quiet. Unlike some people I understand I'm sitting on top of 110 cubes with no dampening material, no hood, just smiles when I twist the throttle

There would be that consideration due to any additional bikes would necessitate additional parts (new and take off).

Cause so far, Chip's only tapped into the garage ceiling for parts storage. He's not yet begun using the available house ceiling storage area...

Screaming eagle adjustable push rods
Super tuner and dyno
My bike is a 08 Springer with a heavy breather and Vance and Hines big radius pipes.
My dyno numbers are 91h and 109 torque

Numbers look a little off. How does the bike feel? I have a stock 110 with a FAT KAT and a SERT and if I remember correctly my numbers were 98/111

I was thinking the numbers were low also. Bike feels good. Pulls good through the rpm's. Going to go to another shop and let them dyno it.

Did you do a base line dyno? I like to compare numbers from same dyno with same operator when possible.

I think those numbers are bang on. Its a honest dyno that's all. A rear thing now a days.

It was done at the local harley shop. They do great work and the owner is the one who dyno all the bikes. He did say he thought my pipes hurt my numbers a little.
