$700 Later...My order will be here by Friday. I ordered, Ummm, The Works!!!

Goodies by Friday, and the FLTRXSE is due in on FRIDAY.

Tentative delivery on Saturday.

Just had a bad/good experience with Griots this morning. Got out my 3" orbital buffer to do some work. Ran for 3 minutes, smelled smokey and quit. Now I'm sure I don't have 20 hours on this device so I was pi$$ed. Called customer service, they looked up my order and said a new one will be on the way this week. Can't ask for better than that. Stuff breaks, it's what happens after that separates the bad from the good. I'll keep sending money their way.

Same here, had my 3" mini-orbital polisher stop turning when I was using it this winter on my bike. Hadn't used it since last winter. (the MN winters must do something to them)  I sent it in for fixing/replacement and they sent me a new one no questions asked. They are one great company and I'll continue doing business with them for that.
