07 SERK wheel and Rotor

Just doing a sanity check.  Have any of you with a 2007 SERK noticed that the rear wheel is not centered in the rear fender?

Also,  is your rear brake rotor just a stock, non floating or chrome, Brake rotor?

My rear wheel has only about 1/4 inch clearance on the left and almost an inch clearance on the right to the rear fender.
