I think everyone has an opinion.

Which Eagle on the bikes looks better?

The classic SERG or the new SERG.

What you think?

Do we need a poll?

Without a doubt, the classic SERG has the superior Eagle!    :2vrolijk_21:

Not me.  Avoid them.  Just a way to piss people off.  I'm all about smoothing the waters.

The Classic SERG of course.  Of all the dumass questions.  Geez.

Do we need a poll?

Poll!?  Poll????!   Are you frakking kidding me?  Even someone with just a dowel would know the Classic SERG looks immeasurably cooler.  Give them a whole poll and they'll be wizzing on the seat just to get a stream to follow hoping it'll lead them from an 09 to an 00 or 01.

But, like I said, no opinion on the matter.

I guess the retro-rod look is usually a understated look. Take the chrome off, french the headlights, slam the rear end, twice pipes, and a cool monochrome paint job. Maybe thats what Willie had in mind this time with the graphics. Actually he could have left eagle off completely and it would have still been the coolest looking bike in the line up. Ten years ago graphics were cool and the coolest of them all was the 00 and 01 SERG. I really like them both and I just feel the MoCo was just following trends and they were spot on both times.  Doc

Absolutely.  Spot on.

I dont understand why they had to have this ghost flame band cutting the bottom end of the eagle head. That sometimes bothers me Its complete on older design. :drink:

I bet after many hours of debate, Willie had to compromise on the eagle thing. If you have to tone down the Screaming Eagle image in the line, what else but to go retro-rod.  When a 190 hp wet motor appears, the Eagle will be back to complement the racing graphics on the pro bikes like in 00.  Doc

When a 190 hp wet motor appears,...

Would you call that a "wet dream"?  :coolblue:

...that only the MoCo could screw up, but look how good they did with the 09 SERG. The best is yet to come.  :2vrolijk_21:   Doc
