This is one of the saddest and most depressing pictures I have ever taken of my 2000 Triple Red SERG  :'(  It has been sitting with the cover on for 12 days so far  >:( I had Shoulder Surgery on May 11th and need to keep my arm strapped to my side for 2 more weeks and then I will start with the therapy  :nervous:  I won't likely get to ride again until the end of July ish, so this is what I get to look at every time I go into the garage.  :nixweiss:

Damn Marty, and you're right in the middle of that five weeks of Canadian summer :bigcry:

Which arm?  Surely someone here can sketch out some kind of mouth and knee controls for whichever side you need help with.  We'll have you riding again in no time!

Thanks Don  :huepfenlol2: I might have to buy the joy stick from an electric wheel chair to replace the throttle  :nervous:  The only thing that has made things easier last week is our weather has been chit so I really haven't missed too much riding yet  :drink:

Just make sure you follow the Doc's orders. Ice it, it really helps! Physical Therapy is a must to regain your ROM Range of Motion. I'm 5 1/2 month out from surgery and I would say I'm 70%. It's hard for the first weeks trying to sleep setting up. Keep the spirit up and it will soon get better.

If it gets too bad just go out, sit in the garage floor next the bike, stick your feet and good arm out and make vroom vroom noises.  It won't really help.  But when your wife posts the pictures she'll secretly take the rest of us will get a big kick out of it :2vrolijk_21: .

ah crap.....   I just realized there was supposed to be empathy somewhere in this thread......  dammit, did it again....

wait a second.... maybe this is empathy :nixweiss: ?   I'll be damned I think it is :bananarock: !

Is that Diane's scooter in the background?  Maybe Diane will take you for a ride if you ask politely.
