Had a chance to ride a 2011 Road Glide Ultra yesterday. Cannot begin to describe the handling. I could not even feel the tour-pak on the back and the gas tank had a full 6 gallons in it but it could have been empty for all I could tell. The changes to the frame and swingarm coupled with a 180 rear tire, larger diameter front wheel and a bunch of other things I don't have on my 07 make the 2011 a bike that I can't outride. I always feel like I'm better than my 07 but not this 2011. I did not have even a single nanosecond where it felt like if I let it go down to far in a corner it would drop or slide. I love my 07 but have to say , if you're on the fence on buying a new bike and you're riding the old style frame swingarm set-up, you need to take a testride or borrow a friend's bike. There's just no comparison to these new models.

Finally got my 2000 3xRed done.  No motor work, mostly cosmetic.  You can also see how I took the running boards off completely, and use the passenger peg mounts for the rider pegs.  We also cut the extended brake pedal, and bent it down more so you don't have to move your foot much to get to the pedal.

The bike fits me well and drives great.

Got in about 200 miles yesterday. Stopped by Garden of the Gods and got a few shots, then headed out to a good overlook of the Rockies for a few more.





Got a bunch more pics to go through/edit to see if there are any more good shots.
