Battery Connections
« on: December 20, 2020, 05:45:30 PM »

Have a 2016 FLTRUSE and have added a few after market electrical components which connected to the positive and negative battery terminals. Have changed the battery twice and removed / installed at various times. Disconnecting and then reconnecting all of these wires is tedious. Trying to come up with an "extension" or "pigtail" that can replace all of these individual wires to the battery terminal with a single one for each terminal. Thinking of a short wire, properly lugged and sized, to connect to the battery terminals and then a bolt and nut properly insulated which is where all of the individual wires would be connected. Maybe not a bolt and nut but something else? Looked at some of the power distribution products but concerned about the space. Any ideas or suggestions? Hoping that someone has already come up with something for this improvement.   :nixweiss:

Ground wires to a frame bolt (s).
As long as all are fused you can add them to the positive stud on the starter.
