The diamond cut looks really sharp. Just wondering if you are aware of all the oil leaks with the 110's. If you end up with a leak, and I hope you don't, but if you do, they'll replace the cylinder but they want pay for the diamond cuts. My rear cylinder will be getting replaced in the next few days and I checked into getting the cylinders diamond cut while the engine was apart. The service manager warned me that if the problem was not resolved and the cylinder had to be replaced again that HD would not pay for the diamond cuts.  :-\

Supposedly, but damned if I know- it's been too cold to tell  :nixweiss:  When I went with the SERT and V&H Big Shot Duals, there was a 15 to 20 or so degree drop, all things being equal ( air temperature, riding speeds & conditions, etc).

Oh yeah,
I'm well aware of the oil leak issues, since these are new (replacement) cylinders.  At least I didn't have to pay any labor for the tear-down.  I discussed the issue with the dealer, and if there are additional issues, we'll just have to fight it out with the MoCo.  Oh well, it's only money..... :wall:
