Altugo, you have the best air filter... Buy your tuner or pc based on the local tuner that is going to do the work. If your going to do it at the Stealer use the HDRT...

Yes but if not possible whats the best way to do it?My only concern is that the dealer here doesnt have the software to do it.Well the dealer in istanbul has the software and the bike is going there anyways. So where to get the map for se2 fatboy with thunder headers?I might get it tuned there.
Thanks.

You dont want a map- you want it tuned... Print out my Dyno sheet from 2 posts above and take it to your dealer and tell him you want better than that... You should do better with 2 into 1's, but most impotantly tell him you want your A/F line to be similar...Spend the money on the tuner and you will be happy.....

No, It wont altug, but send a post out on Twin Cam with the setup you have and ask how you could copy someone elses setup to your bike. There has to be a way for you to take all the data from another ecm to yours... I'm waiting for a call back from the SM at my Dealership, I will ask him as well...Also call your exhaust manufacturer, V&H has some canned maps to work on their systems, maybe you can get the same.

Altuga, The HD Race Tuner comes with a library of dyno'd configuration files which you can load into your on-board programable computer on your bike.  Since you are probably sticking with HD supplied Screamin Eagle parts and you have limited access to experienced mechanics in your area, I suggest you stick with a configuration that is in the Screaming Eagle performance parts catalog.  The Thunderheaders can be used in subsitiute of the 2 into 1 pipe configuration and SE part upgrades found in the SE catalog.  Here's a couple of threads of what I did to my bike as an example:

http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1133018373

http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1134340683

For the initial download to my bike from the Race Tuner library, I used file 127NI010-B0.MT6 and downloaded it to my bike before the intial startup after building it.  Using a HD tested configuration and parts list will avoid you having to get the bike manually tuned in on a dyno.
