Anyone know the maximum lift cam a 04. 103” will take with factory heads?

Any idea what factory lift is and what canes came in them?

The stock cams in a 103 were the SE253 or HD part # 25376-03. 


Intake    .530 lift      237 duration  open 9 BTDC close 51 ABDC
Exhaust  .530 lift     252 duration  open 62 BBDC close 17 ATDC

Proper citation where it belongs; the lift and duration I remembered. The rest were stolen from a post of Shrader's from a long time ago.
