Loved the pictures. Amazing to do that with no rain--how lucky. You're right BC is some of the prettiest riding ever. Looks like you guys had a good time.

Had a great trip. No rain, lots of sun, who could ask for more. 6 days of the best Canadian rides ever!! Idaho & Montana were nice but shouldn't be compared. Only bad part of a day was from Salmon Arm, BC to Cache Creek, BC. 97 degrees, like riding in a blast furnace. Pulled into Cache Creek, got our room, unpacked and relaxed with a cool one before supper....BAM, the power goes off. Not just our motel, but the whole town. No food, gas or hot water. Came back on at 11pm.....nothing opened back up. Oh well, part of the adventure!!

Yeah, that's the week our igloos melt  ;D

Looks like an awesome trip- been wanting to do an Alberta-BC Rocky Mountain trip sometime soon- been to BC once but not on the bike.

Nice pics.

Got back home and unloaded about 11pm. 35 hrs from Columbia Falls, Mt to Taylorsville, NC, but worth every aching minute. One of the most scenic weeks I have ever spent on a scooter! First a few thanks.....Steve(stevo4204), for taking care of our stuff for the week. Your help gave us peace-of-mind knowing our truck would not be missing parts when we returned. Ride tips from Jim(Eqcons) & Mike(Grizzly) for sending us to places we would have otherwise missed. 8 days & 2870mi and a trip to remember for a lifetime. 1 day in Mt, 1 in Id, 2 in Alberta, 4 in British Columbia. Will post pics and give a little more detailed report in a couple days after I recover completely.

Sorry for the delay, but just noticed this posting...

You're very welcome.  Glad to be of some help on your amazing journey.

Glad to hear you are back home safe & sound filled with all kinds a great memories, which is what all great road trips are made of.

I can't wait for our trip next summer out to AB, BC, WA, ID, MT and back to AB.

Take care & ride safe,
Grizzly

Awesome pics......looks like a great trip and no rain.....that's amazing

We are lucky here in Western Canada to have a mecca of quality riding roads.  Short riding season but good quality!

Thanks for the link. Ride Safe

Thanks for sharing.  I recognized a lot of the places in your pics and brings back lots of memories of my rides to western canada. Not many places on this big rock much better.
