Waitin on the new oil tank and Autometer combo speedo/tach. Then finish the wiring and should be ready to start the engine. Then finishing touches. It's very close now! I can't wait anymore after seeing it outside today!!! :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3:

WooHoo!!! Getting closer! The tanks are back on. The new Autometer speedo/tach is on, wired, and working. Everything is rewired. A few more finishing touches and hopefully we'll be firing her up on Wed!!! If all's good to go, hopefully I'll be bringing her home this weekend!!! Was at the shop today. Not quite ready to start the motor yet, but getting real close. I'm waiting for my Yellow 8.8mm Accel plug wires and Yellow Accel Super Coil to show up. Oil tank didn't need replacing. Leak was from a loose clamp on 1 of the connections. But you'll see, there's not much left. I think it came out FANTASTIC!!! Everything I imagined it to be when conceptualizing it and more. Everything flows real well. This will be a model HD only could dream about building. You can't buy a new bike for what I spent to redo my '85 FXWG, and you'd still need to put all the cool hot rod chit, and do motor work, to get it like this. Like the title of the thread says, "CVO Style"! And before ya say it, I know damn well it's not A HD CVO and never will be! But this is a Hoist! CVO and that's way better!!! ::) ??? ;D ;)

So here's a few more progress pics. 1st one is with Cybil on the next lift over to my 4-speed (now 6-speed, but this will always be my 4-speed)!
