Ceramic coating

With all the heat the new big twins are putting into the right header, has anyone tried ceramic coating to take some of the heat off your right side? Thanks

Both the Fullsac and Fuel Moto Head pipes are ceramic coated and you can get the Moto pipe with a ceramic on both the inside and outside of the pipe if you wish.  The coat will help dissipate the heat but both pipes are catless and that is your main source of heat. Changing to any of the major brands of head pipes w/o the cat will help.

Ceramic coating won't make a noticeable difference in the heat you feel.

It supposedly helps keep more heat inside the pipe, which would increase the velocity of the exhaust, but again, the difference would be negligible.

Get catless headers, new mufflers, and a good fuel controller.  That will make a big difference in the heat AND performance.  Money better spent.

Already have the pipe catless. Still seems hot though.

350 degree pipes are 350 degrees, coated or not.

But they look nice coated.
