I'm going in the engine. Would like some opinions on the performance of heads. With some reliablility in mind. I dont mind wrenching, but would like to at least go 20k before some maintenace. Looking at my MVA heads with Baisley corrected Geometry with raised intake and 30° perimeter dome. Or the S&S B2 or a better head??? Baisley will be more expensive however I have put a limit of 4k on just head work and heads. So I guess I have some options.
Engine is all-bore 114, 4.1/4.2 bore D&D Boarzilla
Looking at 7000 RPM
I ride 2 up 30% of the time
The other 60% is bar hopping with no drinking. Or just putting around low rpm, granny shifting.
10% long rides about 500 miles one day.
Will be professionally tuned

The B2 is a nice option, and the all bore will like massive CFM.. Thats a tough one both are killer set ups. If you go with Dan I would have him set up a complete kit.. Pipe on the b2 will be somewhat of an issue though.

You left us hanging... what might be the issue with the pipe and what's a solution?

The outlet kit is described in the instructions
Consider S&S heads with S&S SSW bolt pattern. You can buy an unfinished S&S head and have your shop of choice do all the machine work but it will be costly.
The pipe will need to be modified or a custom built using the B2 or B3
I have a few of these in the works now but we will be using a 4.187 bore X 4" stroke and a custom hollow dome piston

4.187 bore... Doesn't the S&S offer a G2 motor with a 4.187 stroke?
Sounds like if you were to put the two together, it would make a nice Square 115cu.in.
-
That is a custom SA set up .. so yes they do offer it but it will not working in anything due to offset other than SA cases.
-
I will be putting together oversquare long rod stock case 4" stroke motors. ~110"
-
126" G2 usually ends all wants for power for those that like to spool them up.

Kind of want to put this one together myself.with some professional help of course.
There is a bike that runs around here putting 161HP to the ground. He has a 3.- stroke and 4.--5 bore, with Hurricane heads. He is Kwik. What makes it intere..,....TMI ... Let's just say, according to the forums, he shouldn't be near that or turn that high with a stock valve train.
