V&H Muffler support bracket rubber slipping out of bracket?

I have had to reinstall the rubber grommet on the right side muffler hanger / support 4 times in the last 3 months or 3500 KM. I have the V&H High Output mufflers connected to Power Duals and am wondering if any one else has had this problem?
