Cobra Tri-Oval Slipons

I saw a set of these on the wall at my local HD dealers today.

Does anybody know anything about these?

They sure look like they would fill the bag/fender slots on a CVO Street Glide. I've attached the only picture I could find of these. Of course they are on a Gold Wing.
