Hyd clutch question
« on: September 13, 2007, 04:08:37 AM »

Hi, My name is Steve Huff, thank you in advance for your replies. I am one fitting away from having finishing my 07 (non-CVO) custom road king. Hot Rod Baggers ran the engine build story this month, Intelligent Design 107 inch drop on, and will feature the finished bike soon. I designed some new bars and had CCCS put their controls on them so now I have hyd clutch. I used CVO clutch cover since no aftermarket ones are yet available. My question is.... Does someone have a CVO manual they can look at to tell me if the fitting that goes into the cover uses an o-ring or is it a tapered bottom for an A/N fitting (-4)? The manual will have an exploded view. The an fitting fits but I cant see what the bottom looks like or what degree the taper is. Thank again, Steve

On the 103 it has an o ring on a extended fitting and the hose size is #3. I can take a picture if needed but not until Monday.

Here is a scanned image of the clutch control from the parts manual.  I can give you parts numbers if you let me know which parts.  Let me know if this is not what you are looking for and I'll try to scan another...

Goodridge made me a longer line for the '07 hydraulic setup and it works fine. Contact Shawn at Goddridge and he can make one in any size you need. ;)
