Congratulations on the new bike. Your going to love it, post some pictures.

Thank you all for the kind words. Got a little snow in Connecticut last night, so the bike will be tucked away for a bit. Thanks again

Hey riders,
I am happy to report the new purchase of a CVO Road Glide in Mako Shark Fade.
I have never owned a CVO motorcycle and am studying the manual with all the updated info.
I, like others are hoping to ride soon as the salt, snow and cold are gone.
Until then, be safe and sound.
Ride on fellow riders.

I own a new Mako Road Glide. Did anyone install highway pegs? If so what kind ? I am having an issue with mine. I am a female about 5’5 tall and I can’t reach my highway pegs. On my old road glide I had the curved mounts but with the chopped engine guards they are telling me they will not work. Does anyone have the Ciro mounts that mount under floor boards?

They Work. They can be a little tight to get on. I had to do a little grinding on the hidden area of the peg to get them to lay the level that I wanted... But they work. Mine are obviously chrome but it is the same chopped guard.

Ciro work really well. You wouldn’t be disappointed. They have good adjustability.

With the kind you put on the engine guard, they will damage the chrome or paint. If you take them off it will look like crap. There really isn’t a straight spot on the chopped engine guard for the highway peg mounts.

I installed the Ciro frame mounted highway pegs on my Make and they work really well. I’ve ridden about 500 miles since installation and they are very comfortable. I can rest my toe on the highway peg and my heel on the floorboard or put my feet directly on the highway pegs. For me they are worth the money and installation is very easy...Good Luck and enjoy the new bike.

Another view, not sure why I can only post one picture at a time.

I put the short angle HD mounts on mine. Its a bit of work to make them fit, but they do and work great.
