If he doesn't slow down he may not see 20......At that rate of speed you have almost no opportunity to react to anything that might occur such as another vehicle changing lanes or debris in the roadway, and other traffic is not going to see you coming up on them which increases the chances of something tragic happening.

here in SW Iowa, about three years ago on I 29 a fellow was clocked at 185+ mph! he out ran a chopper... but they got his plate number...you know the rest of the story. there every where, kids with lethal machines
