Blue Tooth Helmet Question
« on: September 13, 2013, 11:34:05 AM »

I have an HD modular helmet.  What I am looking for is a blue tooth device that fits inside the helmet and doesn't have the boom mic on the outside.  I would like to be able to accept calls/listen to music on phone if I want.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a set up like this? Thanks in advance.

I have the Sena set up.  You can configure it lots of ways.  Works good.  Noise canceling will allow you to talk up to about 55, but "hearing" if you have loud pipes and wind will be the bigger obstical.

"The Ball & Chain" and I have Shark Evoline 3 helmets and Cardo Scala Q3 Teamsets from Revzilla and love 'em!
I mounted the boom mike between the Styrofoam and the helmet shell and it looks factory, works great.
There is a brand that does not use a boom mike, but I am not too familiar w/ them

Having similar problem(s) on my 2013 CVO Ultra Classic.  Blue tooth works perfectly everywhere but on the bike.  Plug it in and communications (telephone) cease.  Dealer is telling me that the MoCo disabled the cell phone compatibility because...(you fill in the blank).  Anyone else with the same problem that can offer a solution?
