I found this in an old thread posted by someone else:

2009 Paint code info for the Orange Roadglide :

Here is the Dupont Chroma Premier formula for Electric Orange. If you take this to any Dupont Automotive Paint store they will be able to mix for you. I work for Dupont and have access to alot of Harley colors. Hope this helps anyone looking for this particular color. If anyone needs an another color, i will try to help you. Remember, this is a tri-coat color ( orange base with pearl mid coat. This is a pint formula. If you have any questions let me know. This formula was just released 12/18/09.

The Orange color is VERY difficult to obtain an acceptable color match with. As noted base is Orange with Pearl mid and then clear and you just about have to spray all three to finish in order to compare for match. Not as simple as just spraying an orange coupon, holding it up and going OK. Can be done, just don't be in a hurry, have GOOD quality guns and use ALL the products (Reducer, hardener, pressures etc) that the paint manufacturer recommends, your paint store rep is your friend here. Good luck.

I found the original thread from 2010 posted by a member called Badbagg and he has some additional info on finding paint codes:

OK everyone here is what you do. Call 1-800-3-DUPONT (1-800-338-7668). You will receive an automated system, follow the prompts. You want Color information. Quality will be Dupont. You will then be connected to our color lab. Tell them you are looking for a Harley Davidson color, give them your color name and code if you have it. They will ask you what quality you are looking for, you will want "Chroma Premier". If you live in a state that is mandated to use waterborne, you will want "Cromax Pro". If they have it available, Give them a fax number or email address and they will send you the formula within minutes. You can then get your local Dupont Automotive paint store to mix it for you. We have alot of the colors and are adding more all the time. Keep in mind that MOCO doesnt usually release the colors for about a year after they come out. If you have a 2010 and the color carried over from 09 you should be ok. Hope this helps everyone looking for colors.  :2vrolijk_21:

One more way is go to a quality paint shop and they will most likely have a paint match camera. You lay it on top of the color and it gives you the formula to match it. We had one in our body shop and I used it to match a black four point docking station to the orange on my 13 Road Glide and the match was very good. Also had them make me up a small bottle of touch up with a brush in it for small nicks/chips.
