A real winner here.  He claimed it wasn't him going 188 mph on the interstate - then disputes one of the charges because he saw the light change!

A Pottawattamie County jury began deliberations Thursday morning. At issue, whether a 37-year-old man led police on a high speed pursuit that reached speeds up to 188 mph.

Thirty-seven-year-old James Foldenauer has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges.

 In August 2009, Foldenauer allegedly led authorities on a 33 mile pursuit on his motorcycle. It started on I-29 in Missouri Valley and ended at a home near 59th and Fay in Omaha.

Foldenauer insists he was not the man on the motorcycle. However, in a police interview he argued about a charge for running a red light. He claimed the light had turned green, which video from traffic cameras later confirmed.

First off, not to bright to be going that fast, second after denying he was the rider pretty stupid to try to fight the red light citation by saying it was green.  At that speed how could you tell?  Throw the book at him
