Hi audio gurus need a question answered if possible
Ok so we all know the Boom II saddle bag speakers fail regularly as mine have
So I did some reading and replaced them with Rockford Fosgate TMS57 5"x7" Full Range Coaxial Replacement Speakers for 1998+ Harley Davidson Models / 100 Watts RMS / 200 Watts Peak
These are 4ohm
So they sound great actually better then the Boom II speakers. My question is I have a extra speaker plug now in my saddle bag I’m guessing it was for the tweeters in the old Boom II speakers and if so what are the thoughts on installing a component tweeter using that plug.
Thanks for the input George

Interesting!

You're only pushing 75w peak to that speaker. You have another lead there with another 75 watts not being used. Go all out, cut the lids and put another set of full range speakers in there.
