Well Twolane, you are so correct. It would have taken so very little effort on the dealers part to put this issue to bed without ruffling my feathers. This guy spent 10 times the effort being self righteous in his point of view, which only served to further my aggravation. I believe that the problem lies partially in the fact that not enough customers call these people out on issues that concern them. They become "sheeple" worshiping at the false god of HD. They take what is given to them and like it because that is what they need to be cool or to fit into a certain social structure. Using my own employers reasoning, I am at least partially to blame for the situation just because I was there that day for service. Stay home, no problem. Now my radio stopped working and I have to take it in under extended warranty. Think I'll wait awhile. Thanks for the therapy Doctor Twolane!
