Title: Chopped Tour Pack
Post by: lastdegree on November 09, 2010, 10:29:17 AM
Can anyone help?  Tired of asking you know who.

Would anyone know what the part number is for a chopped tour pak without aerial in Spiced Rum?

I'm told they do not exist.

Cheers

Never seen a separate part number for a tour pak with or without holes for the antenna.  Have seen repeatedly, however, that it's a crap shoot whether tour paks ordered over the parts counter come in with or without the holes though.  It appears it's a step they can sometimes miss.

I have bought 3 chopped ones over the years and none of them had a hole for antenna. Last one was for my SERG last year so not that long ago.
For whatever that is worth.

I bought mine new back in April or so, and it had no antennae hole. Just the holes the front of the lid for the backrest mounts.

Same here, have had 3 chopped tour packs, none ever came with the antenna hole in them, as a matter of fact I always mounted the antenna down low so when I pulled the tour pack I still had tunes.
