I like the new engine color....it's like really more of a dark grey.  That being said....I've always loved chromed out motors.  For close to $40K sticker, you should be able to get the blacked motor or chrome with any color combo.  That's just my opinion.....

Agree on the motors! I'd have a 15/16 black CVO SG if I could get the chrome motor.  Instead I'm undecided and haven't bought.  Price is going to decide instead of color at this point.  I like all the colors on chrome motor CVO SGs about the same, so the best deal will end up in the garage.

Hmm interesting you say that , I'm undecided on colours too , anyone seen the blue one outside , if so does it have a purple hue to it ?
We're not as fortunate in UK as dealers only get CVO's in on secured deposits ,so you have to order "blind" so to speak and hope you've chosen the right colour .. Rotten really!

Cripes!   That don't help me decision now! I kinda like colours to be definite , blue to be blue, red to be red and orange to be orange,
I'm torn between orange and black one  and the blue one , however I think the truth to be from the guys who have them or seen them is that the orange one in some lights will appear dark tan/copper and the blue one in some lights and angles will appear to have a slight purple tinge to it,
I know everyone's eyes see colour and light differently , but if I bear this in mind it may help my decision, ( no point kidding myself that's it's blue if it's not)
Any ways going to see the orange one land in UK in two weeks time then I can see for myself.
Anyone's Helpfull input on there take on these two colours may help.

I am an orange and black guy when it comes to HD.  But yet have not decided on that color for this bike mainly due to the messed up graphic pattern.  Thinking the gray and black may be subtle and not draw the eye as much as the orange/copper  and would not shout  "WE SCREWED THE POOCH IN PICKING THIS DESIGN!"  A sad commentary that you chose a bike color to HIDE the graphics.  Coming from the bright bass boat sparkle of a 2015 silver bike I just might be ready for something that blends into the scenery a bit more. LOL...

I am a die hard Orange / Black guy. My truck, Camaro, Boat and even my Snow blower are all O/B. although this New Orange for 2017 is not my "Perfect" Orange, it was Orange enough for me.
Everyone that see's it seems to really like it.

Don't think that's what Jesse was implying. IMO I think he was speaking to those that are fortunate (for whatever reasons... desire, weather, finances, lack of family obligations, what have you) to accumulate a lot of miles try to belittle those that don't, while others (for whatever reasons... desire, weather, finances, family obligations, what have you) don't accumulate a lot of miles. My thought is as long as you enjoy riding when you do, and you are still riding (little or a lot) then it doesn't concern me (nor should it be my concern) one way or the other.

Nailed it. My bike is paid for I ride whenever I feel like it. I also bang my wife as much as possible.
