Well...50 degrees here in Iowa.  Grandson spent last night with us, took him home ( 1hr away ) this morning.  Forgot his suitcase that had the special blanket and bear in it.  Ok, went about our business this afternoon, then came home.  For you that have had children and know that your grandson is not going to make it to bed without the bear, it must be delivered.  So I fired up the bike, leathered up and decided I would go for a ride and take it to him. Now to get to the bike.   Most know now that it has a built 120X.
Been hearing a metal sound in the left muffler as they have Fullsac baffles / screens / packing.  Pulled it out, nothing there but screen.  Pulled the right, all there.  So I removed that.  Man, what a sound.  So today was a good test day out on the road.  Can easily hear radio, crack the throttle, you hear it.  With the Baker plus pan, and Jagg 10 row, oil temps reached 206, pressure stays around 57, and hauls azz.  I know some other members here have motors as such, you have to enjoy these machines as much as I do.  Now that I am home, hot tub time and  :drink:

Took a ride around the Big Lake.

Rode around Lake Oceechobee in Feb on a rented Ultra Limited Low. Very surprised and a bit disappointed when we found out we couldn't see the lake except for the small part where the bridge is. The sugar cane fields got boring pretty fast lol.

Here in Iowa riding around a lake is nice because you get the lake in your sight the whole time. Guess I was just a bit let down.

Had it done in November last year, now just turning 500 miles on it.  A dealership ( Faribault Harley) that specializes
in building these done it for me.  Plenty of power / torque, a solid 134 / 141.  IMO, wouldnt want much more.
Enclosed is the dyno tune.  There are many shops that can build a good motor, this shop was close enough,
and their reputation follows.

I have never been to FLA so what I am about to say is completely in ignorance. But where SHRK2TH was riding, the topo is so damn flat that it's a wonder you can see anything. I am sure it is great riding in Florida during the winter season but if it is all flat as shown, I think I would be getting bored fairly soon. I mean give me some hills, some down hill twisties, some mountains... Something to make my seat pucker other than being blind sided by a pelican. Or am I missing something here??? ...or am I maybe just jealous??? :nixweiss:

Thats why I have a cabin in Murphy NC.   I can say that riding down A!A on the beach during spring break has a lot more to see though....  I agree there is not much to see around the lake although I like stopping in at the various fish camps.....
