Nice build, Dave.  Great numbers and those guys up around Morristown sure can build/tune a Harley motor.  Have they gotten into Indians yet?  I'm guessing you plan to keep the '19 for a while longer now?

Yep, wonderful day yesterday and while it may be a bit more cloudy today, temps should be great.  You may have to dodge a few rain drops but with that motor, you could just outrun them... :2vrolijk_21:

I replaced the failed water pump on my 15 CVO Limited. Pretty straight forward replacement.  Took the old one apart to see what failed and a connector had broken loose.

Can you solder it up and put it back together for a spare?

Use some solder braid to get all of that old low grade crappy solder off the joint, then a dab of Flux and some high grade silver solder and better than new!  The crappy solder does not hold up well under higher temp load areas.

Howard,

Was a nice day, never got sprinkled on.  Rode TN 30 out to Fall Creek Falls, then meandered up to US 70 for the ride home.  Was going to stop at Ozone Falls but I have never seen so many people their in my life, to packed to practice social distancing.  Ended up with a nice 218 mile ride.

Plan to ride today with some friends and do a brown bag Lunch. This way we can practice more social distancing.  Carry hand sanitizer in saddle bag for after pumping gas or anything else I may touch.

Rob,

The bike is very smooth, throttle is very linear.  Rides like a stock bike in town with more power........

Sounds perfect. Thanks Dave!

Had a nice ride Saturday up the Charahola Skyway, then 68 over to Ductown, and 64 along the Ocoee and back up 315 to 39 and home.

Planned to ride yesterday but the bad storms left a big tree across my drive way and two other that were topped.  Live on a long dead end, need a chain saw to get out my road.  Now power from 0500 until 1900.

Today I have to change the oil in Rep Pepper.  Then Ill ride her to the DR, but not much more as I have lots of yard clean up to go

Someone posted on Facebook and no one ever lies on Facebook LOL that the Charahola Skyway is closed at the NC boarder? Just wandering if it is closed. Also at Deals gap at the NC boarder.

Plan to ride to the DR office today, then to the Grocery store and maybe if all goes as planned a little 80 mile loop or so.

Bike is lookin great Dave !  Nice that you can get out and enjoy the new build.  Also, happy to see that you are practicing the " Social Distancing " and being responsible.  It's sad to see that many people aren't getting the message.
Take care,
Ride safe...

Joe :)

Well two of us had a brown-bag lunch ride planned for today.  Take a lunch and drink, ride 100 miles or so, have a nice picnic lunch then ride another 150 miles.  Good way to get out, and still stay 10 feet or more apart.  However our Governor put a stop to that yesterday afternoon with a stay home order.

We can only go out for essentials.  Guess I could call in a prescription 100 miles or so away and go get it on the bike....

Well.... we needed a Easter Ham, sooooo..... jumped on the bike and went to the store - of course it was the one that was 78 miles away one way vs the one 4 miles away.  Got the ham and went for a nice long ride back the scenic way. It was great to get out. No one has ever said you HAVE TO go to the nearest grocery store that I know of....

We have a stay at home order in Ohio also only allowed out for essential needs. Our governor said it was okay to take a bike ride so I did a 150 mile bike ride in Ohio today.
