Just swapped out my plugs today. Probably about 10K miles on them. Back cylinder a little darker, but wanted to get peoples thoughts. I attached two pictures are both plugs seem to be lighter on one side of them. Gap in old plugs were still about 0.040.

and now dark side

Did you happen to mark how they were indexed in the head? First guess would be light side faces pistons more so than the dark side

You didn't mention how many total miles are on the engine. For 10,000 miles I don't think they're too bad. That juiciness on the rear plug could be a little blow-by in that cylinder or signs of a worn valve guide and/or seal. Do you notice oil consumption when checking your oil? if it were me I'd throw a new set of plugs at it and run it.

total mileage only about 12-13K miles on the engine. It's a 2008. The heads were done in 2013 and tuned with PC-V and not about 10K miles later. Runs good, just curious what others thought. The front plug seems fine, the rear has a little more carbon.
I did not index the plugs on removal. I should have, but never thought about it at the time.

Front looks normal. Something going on in the rear. Look up Kevin Baxster's video (you tube) on plug reading. Hard to believe you can read so much just from a plug. He has his own shop in Georgia called Pro Twin performance or Baxster's garage.

Put some miles on that baby!
-
Reinstall them in the opposite cylinder & see what they look like in another 10K miles.

I put a new set of plugs in as those were in for 7-8yrs, although not that much mileage
