Just finished up a basic Stage I kit for a multiple repeat customer on his brand new (54 miles) 2019 114 Street Glide. Typical bolt ons, MX Pipe, 2.0 baffles in the stock 114 mufflers, Hi flow AC. TTS Mastertune. Didn't make any baseline pulls as the customer was looking to get back on the road asap. This one sure made the TQ early. 115 Ft pounds at 1800 RPM!
Special Thanks to Tom Turner of So Cal for continuing to ride with a Fullsac!

That looks good Steve. Got that low end grunt. :2vrolijk_21:

Steve, why is my CVO 117 Limited putting out such low numbers stock? Maybe I answered my own question. What are your thoughts on this baseline? The dealer says a tuner and Street Cannons are the answer.

Not Steve but yours is quite typical of a stock factory tune. The results he posted are with a good tune and good mods.

and I will add that the dealer dose not have the answer to more power and performance..... more noise maybe

Looks pretty typical for stock. I attached a before and after dyno chart from a 2019 CVO117. The base line was with the stock headpipe, our 2.0 baffles, no tuning. The final pull was with the addition of the MX Pipe and TTS tuning, no other changes. Your not going to make a lot of progress until you loose the stock cat header.

Dealer is trying to make money, not power. Dealer is keeping it warranty legal. They HD street tuner, EPA legal can do very little to improve performance, it has to meet EPA requirements.
Best bang of the money is the Fullsac MX headpipe, the Fullsac baffles size of your choice, tech mat and the TTS tuner. That really woke my 18 CVO road glide up. Gained 9 HP and 10 Torque over stock. You could feel the difference, especially in the RPM range most people ride.
With TTS, you can flash the ECM back to stock, before you take it to the dealer. Once done at dealer reload your tune.

Great gains for a basic stage 1 . Gotta be thrilled with the improvements... :orange:
Nice work Steve.... :beerchug: :beerchug:

Steve, anymore thought on doing anything for the BMW K1600? Exhaust, tune...??

Sales dipped hard in 2017 with the introduction of the M8 platform and new warranty concerns. Seemed like a good time to look at new avenues with the BMW. The dip sure didn't last. We are slammed again building Harley parts and looking at a record year. Not sure if the BMW parts will ever see light or not if this keeps up.

Hi Terry
We sell far more 2.25 baffles than 2.0. Most prefer the more aggressive sound of the larger core. My personal preference is always dictated by best performance. With my MX header, the 2.0 baffle with Techmat blankets will make slightly better low end power with less DB level than the 2.25. For me that's win win. Don't overthink it, the power and sound level gap between the two is not very wide.
