Finally got back to the bike to replace the fairing brackets.  Did the right side first and it was solid.  Went to the left side and was going to cut it so I wouldn't have to R&R the clutch line.  Pulled on it a bit to clear some wires and it bent right in half - broken in the middle.  Replaced and no more shake!!

Surprised to see it broken where it was.  Old break as it was rusted.

RE: the alloy art

After the first factory brackets broke, replaced, broke, repaired, broke someplace else I did the alloy art brackets, fairing and speakers. I also have replaced the speaker brackets 3-4 times.

They are a chore to install. Being physically bigger also added extra work in relocating hawg wired amps in the limited space.

All looks good

At idle the fairing shakes more then when I had two bracket broken  :'(
They are staying in until I feel like spending money and going through the replacement again.
