Question, if my 08 110 engine starts leaking oil can I have the dealer upgrade my engine to the 113 or something else and have a more reliable engine? I would think the dealer could cover some of the labor cost because the engine would need torn down anyways and I would pay for the up grade in parts.

I like your optimism...  hehe   

But to answer your question, that is a negotiation between you and your dealer, but many - if not most - dealers have shown a willingness to contribute some parts or labor under warranty to rebuild your motor into something other then a 110.  Some have had success going that route, others, not so much.

My dealer offered free (warranty) labor and some parts, but I decided to do mine myself...
