I think they are the same. I have been wanting to get one, but I am holding off hoping they will come out with something a little more stylish

Do you think they are the best choice?

I have the Mini Beast II. Loud, doesn't look too bad, kind of flows with the bike.

Mini beast just came out w/ the "MB1". Still self contained, but is a round shape.
Don't know the price, but looks pretty good.

I use Mini Beast horns on both my Harleys, they are loud and get a driver's attention. On my 2006 SE Ultra I have the original square model but dressed it up some with a Screamin Eagle oval sissybar emblem.
On my 2009 SERG I have a newer model Mini Beast and it's just as loud as the original. Here is a shot of the 2009.

I have the same one on my SERK and highly recommend it.  My first one had a nickel-sized spot of chrome delaminating after less than a year - I stopped by their tent in the vendor yard at Black Hills Harley last August and they said to bring the bike in and they'd replace the horn.  Even did the swap for me.  I think the smooth cover looks good and the horn is loud and distinctive.  My neighbor got a set of trumpet air horns that mounts behind one of the saddle bags, but I won't know until spring how that is working for him or what it sounds like.

I have had two mini beasts, cowling broke off the first one and a clamp has now broken on the second, I like the product but they have difficulty standing up to all the vibration

Kuryakyn sells the Wolo Bad Boy Air horn. They have a special bracket to go right in place of your stock horn.
The Stock Wolo Horn does not come with this bracket. There is a wiring harness with a Relay too. Its very important to use the wiring harness if ye gonna use the airhorn
Think Eastern performance has the best price on it.

Click on this link and then click on listen to the sound of the Horn.
Had it on the bike I just traded in. And my Buddy has it on his SE SG.
