Confused Headlight

I seem to have a confused headlight.  Attached photo is low beam, next post will be high beam.  Having compared it to other CVOs in the area, it appear to be backwards (high is low and low is high).  Dealer has indicated they will remedy the situation next time I'm in...any ideas how this might happen?

Just pull the headlight out and switch the wires, they are on the wrong bulbs........10 minutes if ya take a pee break.....

Wow!  That's weird.  How long has it been like that?  Has anyone been inside your headlight/fairing since you took delivery? or was it delivered like that?
