Used 2016 CVO Street Glide

I have an opportunity to buy a 2016 CVO Street Glide very low miles and was wondering what I should pay. true duals and tuner installed no other mods installed

That's a very tough question as prices are everywhere.  I've seen as much as a $7500 spread from one person to another for the same bike with similar mileage and condition.   There's even someone that posted a bike like yours for $60K... LMAO...
Some think the last year for that motor will be worth something as the 2017 has the new motor.  Buyer beware.  Do your homework though.

I was thinking about offering 29,500.  With the big change in the motors I'm hoping to use it to my advantage

That would be a steal!  I doubt you will get anywhere near that number unless the seller is autistic or something...  ;)

Considering there are still brand new 2016 FLHXSE's with full factory warranties available from some dealers, and some of them are cutting very good deals (I've seen one post from a guy who was offered a $6k discount off MSRP for one), I wouldn't consider anything over $30k for even a perfect used specimen.  I think your strategy of offering $29k is a good one.

I would agree that is a good place to start....the bike does have exhaust and the tuner already done so that is something you won't have to spend more money doing yourself.
