I have been working on getting the electrical problem on this bike worked out for quite some time.  On Nov 23, HD tech told the guys at the shop to check the connector on the harness side @ throttle actuator on the throttle body for corrosion. There was indeed some corrosion. The connector was replaced and so far the issue seems to be resolved but winter stopped any long term use so we shall see.

I have been looking for handlebars for this scooter for quite sometime. I decided to try the Wild One 513 8.5" mini apes. They feel a lot more comfortable. I will let you know after some saddle time.

I also had some saddlebag lowers made up for my by Topshopcarbon. They are 3" extended bags that I had cut to follow the BUB 7 TD pipes. I had em painted up by the same guy I used before. I really like the way they came out.

I also had the Andrews 30T front pulley installed with a new belt. While I was having this done, I had em put on a chrome inner primary. Following your foot steps Dood!

The pics are not good but the weather here is lousy...still.  More when it gets nice out. The first pic is my 08 coming out of the shop and the 02 heading in for some love!

You just jealous I didn't ship it to you.... but I've already got the code officials looking into the overcrowding issues in your garage.... figured better not have my bike down there when they come inspect.

I also have the mini-apes, on a 2003 SERK.  I did not have to lengthen any cables for the install, and for me they are a huge improvement over the stock bars.  I've had them on there for about a year and a half with no problems.
